Begashaw Ayele ("Appellant" or "Ayele") appeals a decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts in which that Court, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8), declined to discharge his student loan obligations to Educational Credit Management Corporation ("Appellee" or "ECMC"), totaling $30,605.83.
