MEMORANDUM OPINION

VIRGINIA EMERSON HOPKINS, District Judge.

Plaintiff David Earl Watkins ("Mr. Watkins") brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (2006), Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act. He seeks review of a final adverse decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner"), who denied his application for Disability Insurance Benefits ("DIB") and Supplemental Security Income ("SSI").
