Before the Court is a motion1 to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue or, in the alternative, to transfer venue filed by defendants, NBCUniversal Media, LLC and Syfy Media Productions, LLC. Plaintiff, Preston Asevedo, opposes the motion and requests attorney's fees for the cost of defending against the motion to dismiss.2
