This matter is before the court on a motion for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(c), filed by defendants Sandoz, Inc. (Sandoz) and Eon Labs, Inc. (Eon). Plaintiffs Frederick and Barbara Arters bring this five-count complaint alleging negligence, violation of the Ohio Products Liability Act, breach of implied warranty, and fraud.1
