Before the Court are the following motions: (1) defendant Whitney Bank's motion to vacate, or in the alternative modify,1 an arbitration award rendered in favor of plaintiff Richard Bain ("Bain"); (2) Bain's motion to confirm the arbitration award;2 and (3) Whitney Bank's motion to stay Bain's petition to confirm the arbitration award.
