Plaintiff Agudas Chasidei Chabad of the United States ("Chabad") has moved for civil contempt sanctions against defendants the Russian Federation ("Russia"), the Russian Ministry of Culture and Mass Communication (the "Ministry"), the Russian State Library ("RSL"), and the Russian State Military Archive ("RSMA") based on their failure to comply with this Court's July 30, 2010 Order, ECF No. 80.
