This is an action under the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and the New York Labor Law, alleging that defendants, Hillside Children's Center and Hillside Family of Agencies (collectively "Hillside") have failed to pay plaintiffs wages as required by law.
