Plaintiff CYI, Inc. ("CYI") filed this action on March 26, 2012 against Defendants Ja-Ru, Inc. ("Ja-Ru US"), Michaels Stores, Inc. ("Michaels"), and Michaels Stores Procurement Company, Inc.
