Marvin T. Wilson and Ronald Wyatt were abducted and held hostage in Turkey for twenty-one days by terrorists belonging to the Kurdistan Workers Party ("PKK"). This action was brought by Mr. Wilson, Mr. Wyatt's estate, and members of both of their families against the Syrian Arab Republic ("Syria") pursuant to the updated state-sponsored terrorism exception...
