WILLIAM K. SESSIONS III, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Dr. Mikyung P. Kwon, brings this suit against her former employer, the University of Vermont and the State Agricultural College ("UVM" or "the University"). Kwon alleges that UVM discriminated against her on the basis of age, race, national origin, and place of birth1 in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e
