On July 18, 2012, plaintiff Annette Lorber ("the Plaintiff") commenced this action by filing a Complaint against multiple defendants, which was thereafter reduced to the following: Jonathan Winston ("Winston"); Sheldon M. Ganz ("Ganz"); Sheldon M. Ganz, CPA, P.C.; Eva Tehrani ("Tehrani"); HSBC Bank USA, National Association; and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. (collectively, "the Defendants")....
