The two named pro se plaintiffs in this lawsuit are Thomas Mucha and Diana Mueller, but I dismissed this case because I found that the real plaintiff is James D. Lammers (also known as James Kurtz), who is on the Seventh Circuit's list of restricted filers. Before me now is plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 59(e).
