The plaintiff, the Oglala Sioux Tribe, has sued several manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of beer and other alcoholic beverages, for damages arising out of the sale of alcohol in Whiteclay, Nebraska, for consumption on the nearby Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
