Plaintiff Roy W. Rogers ("Plaintiff") brings this action against the Commissioner of Social Security ("Defendant") pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking reversal of a decision of an Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") denying him Social Security Disability Insurance ("SSDI") benefits.
