Defendant Patricia Merkle ("Defendant") appeals a decision of the Bankruptcy Court disallowing in part her asserted "Preferred Interests" in the consolidated debtor and related entities, and her corresponding entitlement to share in distributions under the Debtors' Consolidated Plan of Reorganization.
