Defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("Chase"), moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure against pro se Plaintiffs Elvin G. Grundy, Jr. and Willie Ruth Grundy. Doc. 61. The motion is fully briefed by both parties. Docs. 61, 67, 69. The parties have not requested oral argument. For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant Chase's motion for summary judgment.
