On October 14, 2011, Defendants Ronald Salahuddin ("Salahuddin") and Sonnie Cooper ("Cooper") (collectively "Defendants") were convicted by a jury of conspiracy to obstruct interstate commerce by extortion under color of official right, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1951(a) (the "Hobbs Act").
