The plaintiffs, Marc Newman and Jeffrey Honig, trustees of Wendy Honig Trust, sue the defendant, Steven Krintzman, on a promissory note. The defendant has moved to dismiss this action under Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
