Plaintiff Billy Carey is an inmate in custody of the South Carolina Department of Corrections. He currently is housed at McCormick Correctional Institution in McCormick, South Carolina. On October 24, 2011, Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed the within action, alleging that he had been denied medical care in violation of his constitutional rights. Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983....
