Here, Plaintiff Igor Olenicoff ("Olenicoff") plead guilty to knowingly and willfully failing to disclose off-shore accounts on his tax returns. Defendant UBS AG ("UBS") also plead guilty to tax fraud. Their crime was helping U.S. clients hide from the IRS up to $20 billion...
