This matter is before the Court on a motion for default judgment filed by Plaintiff Michael Hummel. On May 2, 2011, Plaintiff filed his complaint, asserting a variety of claims against Defendant David Hall, all of which relate to Defendant's sale of a vehicle to Plaintiff.
