Plaintiff Principal Life Insurance Company (the "Plaintiff") moves for summary judgment against Defendant The Locker Group (the "Defendant"). Plaintiff seeks rescission of life insurance policy number 4639850 (the "Policy"). For the reasons stated below, this Court grants the motion for Summary Judgment.
