This Order addresses Defendant the United States of America's (the "Government") motion to dismiss [10]. Because the Plaintiffs' complained-of actions fall within the Federal Tort Claims Act's1 (the "FTCA" and the "Act") discretionary function exception (the "Exception"),2 the Court grants the motion and dismisses this case without prejudice.
