MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION

The defendant, Medical Excess, LLC, removed this case to federal court from the Circuit Court of Barbour County, Alabama. (See Doc. #1.) In response, the plaintiffs filed the Motion to Remand (Doc. #5) now before the Court. For the reasons discussed below, the plaintiffs' Motion to Remand is due to be GRANTED.
