Plaintiff Stanley Fernandes sues JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("Chase"), successor in interest from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, as receiver for Washington Mutual Bank, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"). Fernandes seeks the rescission of a home equity line of credit and statutory damages for violations of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601
