By order of September 26, 2011, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit ordered a limited remand of the appeal of Nelson Carrasquillo ("Carrasquillo")

to allow the district court to clarify the reasoning behind its sua sponte dismissal, as we are not able to discern the reasons for the dismissal. In particular, we are unable to determine what the court meant when it concluded that Carrasquillo had failed...
