This is a limitation of liability action brought by J.R. Nicholls, Inc., and KM Ship Channel Services LLC (collectively "petitioners"), as owner and operator, respectively, of a push boat, the J.R. NICHOLLS, which sank on February 10, 2010, in the Houston Ship Channel. After a non-jury trial on the merits, the court makes the following findings of fact and conclusions...
