Plaintiff Nationwide General Insurance Company ("Nationwide") brings this declaratory judgment action to clarify the extent of its obligation to pay defendants, the administrators of the estates of two decedents ("the defendant estates" or "the estates"), underinsured motorist benefits under the decedents' Nationwide automobile policy.
