Plaintiff BeautyBank, Inc. ("BeautyBank"), has filed a motion seeking to hold Kumar Ramani in contempt for his alleged breach of a permanent injunction entered by this court on October 12, 2010. For the following reasons, plaintiff's motion should be denied.
