Defendants Zions First National Bank, NetDeposit, LLC, and MP Technologies (collectively "the Zions Defendants"); National Penn Bank (National Penn), Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (Wells Fargo), and Wachovia Bank, N.A. (Wachovia) (collectively "the Bank Defendants"); and Teledraft, Inc., ask this Court to dismiss Plaintiff Reynaldo Reyes's Amended Complaint in its entirety.1
