According to the plaintiff, the District of Columbia failed to make reasonable accommodations for her disability and terminated her employment in violation of Titles I and II of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), see 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., the Rehabilitation Act, see 29 U.S.C. §§ 791
