MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike the Second Through Fifth Affirmative Defenses Asserted in Defendants' Answer1 and Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment.2 For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant both Motions.
