This case arises out of child-support proceedings against plaintiff Kyle Greene in Meeker County, Minnesota, and a misdemeanor criminal prosecution against Greene in Stearns County, Minnesota. Greene, who is African-American, alleges that each of the defendants in this case discriminated against him on account of his race and denied him due process. Specifically, Greene brings civil-rights claims under 42 U.S.C....
