The plaintiffs bring this action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated against their employer, Butterball, LLC, and its officer, Gary Lenaghan, for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and the Minimum Wage Act of the State of Arkansas, A.C.A. § 11-4-201 et seq.
