Presently before the Court is Petitioner Wendy Mansfield's [27] Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct her sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Mansfield pled guilty to one count of wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 pursuant to a plea agreement entered on April 30, 2009.
