MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Adam LoPiccolo brings this action alleging various claims against defendants American University ("AU"), its Board of Trustees, Director of Athletics Robert Acunto, and Coach Mark Cody related to the non-renewal of his wrestling scholarship. Defendants have moved for dismissal [Dkt. # 29 and # 31] under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6).
