("Colorcon") alleges in this action that former employee Aminah-Iman Lewis's new employment at one of Colorcon's competitors, Sensient Technologies Corporation ("Sensient"), violates Lewis's non-competition agreement with Colorcon and makes it likely that Lewis will use Colorcon's trade secrets for Sensient's benefit.
