The Plaintiff in this case, Leroy A. Boison, Jr. ("the Plaintiff" or "Boison") commenced this action against his former employer, Insurance Services Office, Inc. ("the Defendant" or "ISO") under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., to recover payments he is allegedly entitled to under the Defendant's retirement benefits plan....
