Plaintiff Joshua Munroe was employed as a driver for a trucking company when he was involved in a serious accident. He and his wife were covered under the company's insurance policy for the tractor-trailer that he was operating. The Munroes brought suit against the truck drivers that were responsible for the accident and their employer, and they received a settlement from that insurance company...
