In this action, Plaintiff Elayne Wolf ("Wolf") seeks rescission of her home mortgage loan under the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1601, et seq. On August 30, 2011, I denied Defendants' motions to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), finding that they were moot in light of Wolf's filing of an amended complaint on August 22, 2011.
