Plaintiff David Wiggins ("Wiggins") brings this action against his former employer, Hain Pure Protein Corporation ("HPPC"), for breach of contract and violation of the New York Labor Law. Wiggins was fired in April of 2009 and seeks payment of a 2008 bonus, severance pay, rights in an equity plan, and payment for unused vacation.
