On November 18, 2010, the New York Times Company ("NYT") and Charles Savage ("Savage"), a NYT reporter, filed this Complaint against the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI" or "Defendant") alleging violations of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552 ("FOIA"). The Complaint originally contained two causes of action, each involving FOIA Requests made by Mr. Savage in November 2009...
