Rosa M. Aleman Martinez, the plaintiff in this civil case, seeks injunctive relief and compensatory and punitive damages for her claims of sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII" or the "Act"), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 (2006). Currently before the Court is defendant Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration's ("PRFAA")
