Presently before the Court is a motion to dismiss by Defendant Sound Design Technologies, Ltd. ("SDT") pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff Oticon Inc. ("Plaintiff") brings this action against SDT and other defendants for patent infringement.
