Plaintiff Turbon International, Inc. ("Turbon") brought this action against defendants Hewlett-Packard Co. ("HP") and Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Ltd. ("HP-Thailand") (together, "Defendants") alleging, among other things: (1) misappropriation of trade secrets by HP; (2) unfair competition by HP; and (3) false advertising by HP. Defendants now move to dismiss the claims described above under Rule 12(b)(6)...
