MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff, Rafael DeJesus, brought this action against his former employer, Contour Landscaping, Inc. ("Contour"), alleging that he received discriminatory treatment after returning from a leave of absence. Plaintiffs Complaint sets forth five causes of action: Count I is a claim for retaliatory discharge under the Illinois Workers' Compensation Act, codified at 820 ILCS 305/1
