This matter comes before the Court on Defendant's Motion to Decertify the FLSA Collective Action, Plaintiffs' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and. For the reasons set forth below, all of the motions will be denied.1
