Before the Court is a motion to dismiss filed by defendants Dial Corporation, Maria Marchany-Justiano, and Enrique Palacios-Arriaga. Having considered the arguments contained in defendants' motion, plaintiff's opposition, and defendants' reply, the Court DENIES defendants' motion to dismiss.
