MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs' motion for preliminary injunction [Dkt. #4].1 For the reasons set forth below, the motion for preliminary injunction is denied.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs Taki Kastanis and Kpokos Inc. own three restaurants that operate under the name Yolk in and around downtown Chicago, Illinois.
