Plaintiff Jia Di Feng alleges that he paid Defendant See-Lee Lim, who worked as an Allstate Insurance Company agent, $10,000 to help him obtain a green card. Lim took the money, but did nothing to assist him with his immigration status. Unable to recover his money, Plaintiff filed suit against Lim and Allstate in D.C. Superior Court on June 8, 2010, alleging claims of fraudulent misrepresentation...
